CVES provides leadership and a variety of professional services to component districts to assist them to function economically, efficiently and harmoniously in their relationships with their employee unions. The Labor Relations Service works closely with its participating school districts to provide advice and assistance with labor and personnel relations matters, as well as student relations issues.
